Completion of Aeolus portfolio sale to Intrum Hellas DAC

PQH Single Special Liquidation S.A. (“PQH”), Special Liquidator for all credit and financial institutions under special liquidation in Greece, pursuant to the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 19.12.2019, announces the completion of the Aeolus portfolio sale to Intrum Hellas DAC. The Aeolus portfolio with total balance of €2.4bn. comprises of unsecured retail and small business non-performing loans.
