A portfolio sale is a common term used to describe the sale of a section of loans. PQH aims to sell selected portfolios in line with current economic developments and trends in the domestic and international markets, according to the applicable legislative and regulatory framework.

The properties belong to financial institutions under special liquidation and ATE Leasing, which are represented by PQH based on EPATH 182/4.4.2016 (Government Gazette B’ 925/5.4.2016).

Settling your debt immediately frees you from default interest, thus preventing further increase of the debt. Additionally, new repayment terms are agreed upon, which will significantly reduce your loan installment and allow you to meet your current obligations by consistently repaying your debt.
